Return & Refund Policy

At Zero Percentile, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is damaged during transit.

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

To qualify for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused and unwashed.

  • Have all original tags attached.

  • Be returned in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Used or washed products.

  • Products without original tags.

  • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse.

  • Sale or clearance items unless defective.

Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting your returned product, eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Exchanges

Size exchanges are available subject to stock availability.
